The entire work evolves to find out the cause and effect of India- China interests and their impacts to Nepal from past to present. Nepal's stability and its development have always been questioned because of its geopolitical situation. Failure to adopt proper geo-strategy to manage geopolitical constraints, Nepal has seldom been dragged to controversy. Whether the question is of Indo-Pacific Strategy or Belt and Road Initiative, it must be clear to adopt neighbor's first priority policy otherwise its sustainability will be jeopardized. In fact, the socio-politico- economic condition of Nepal is deteriorated due to diverged interest of different power centers within and outside of it.
