This book is the collection of articles presented at various forums and published in journals. One article is included in an edited volume South Asia and Eastern Neighbours published from New Delhi. I must say that many of the articles included in the present book are unpublished and new. Many friends and supporters have encouraged me to put them together for the benefit of scholars, policy makers and other interested readers.
