The New York Connection

John Tan working for the US Government flies to Kathmandu to investigate reports of heroin smuggling in the United States. He discovers a plot to blow up New York Stock Exchange by terrorists using explosives sent from Pakistan to Nepal. It was originally sent to be used against the Russians in Afganistan.
