E.M.Forster A Tribute

E.M. Forster was a remarkable personality whose life and works helped bridge the gap between the cultures of the East and the West. This book was published in 1964, a year that marked both Foster's 84th birthday as well as the 40th anniversary of the publication of A Passage to India. This volume contains the essays of six prominent writers from the Indian subcontinent who came together to pay tribute to the magic evoked by Foster's writing.
