Countdown

On May 11 1998, the Indian government tested five nuclear devices some thirty miles from Pokran. Countdown is partly a result of conversations with many hundreds of people in India, Pakistan and Nepal and Ghosh concludes, that "the pursuit of nuclear weapons in the subcontinent is the moral equivalent of civil war?"
