Appreciation & Evaluation of MGNREGA in Punjab

It is said that learning a foreign language is like having another soul and it can be learned easily by knowing more about the culture of the particular country in which that language is spoken. If I get the opportunity I would like to do research on the similarities and differences between the societies of Indian and Brazilian, as both countries can learn a lot from each other's historical experiences.
