Head on over to our website. Log in (or not, but logging in, it is easier for you to track your past orders, create a wishlist and get restock alerts). Search for a book or go through our collection. Add the ones you wish to buy to your cart.

After you have added all the books to the cart, begin the process of checkout. On the checkout page, on the right side, you’ll find an order summary along with an empty field for a coupon code. Enter the code and click on the ‘Apply’ button. And proceed with the check out as normal.

How to Buy Books From Books Mandala?

You can either pick up books at our stores if you live in Kathmandu or Pokhara. If you don’t, you can shop online and have the books delivered to your doorstep. 

When you’re done shopping, go to the checkout page. There you will have to fill in some personal information and delivery address details. Finally, pick the payment method that works the best for you. 

What Payment Methods Are Available?

How To Be Sure Your Order Was Placed?

After the checkout is completed and the payment has been gone through, a confirmation message will appear on the page.

To confirm the orders, you will receive a call of confirmation from our team. Then, your order is set and ready to get to you. The confirmation call will usually be made within a few hours to a day.

Delivery Details:

The details on the delivery will be emailed to you at the address you provide upon the confirmation of the order. From there, you can track the order yourself until you get it. 

Most often, deliveries take a few business days. Unless a major inconvenience strikes, it will not take long. However, for any unfortunate delay, you will be notified. 

How Much Is The Delivery Cost?

Besides the order cost, the delivery cost depends upon the place of delivery and the weight of the order. 

Delivery inside Pokhara is only Rs 50 regardless of the weight! So, if you live in Pokhara, you lucked out. Inside Kathmandu Valley, the delivery cost starts at Rs 80 for orders up to 1 kg and increases as the weight goes up.
