How To Place An Order at Books Mandala

Both your decisions to read books and to purchase books from us are well made! I approve.

So, here’s how you can place an order at Books Mandala:

1. Go to booksmandala.com

This is our website where you can pick from over 35,000 different titles from all genres. 

You can browse different categories or search the name of the book or the author manually.

Add the book/s to the cart

When you’ve found the right material, add it to the cart. Or if it is out of stock, you can opt to get a restock alert for when we have it. You can continue shopping or go to the cart to finish purchasing.

Completing the Purchase

After adding all items to the cart, we complete our purchase at the checkout page.

You can have the items gift wrapped for extra Rs. 15 if you wish to.

Then click ‘Checkout’.

You will be redirected to the checkout page. 

Do you happen to have a coupon code? It provides you with a special discount offer. Fill it in.

Here you need to fill in your personal details, the shipping details and shipping instructions if you have any. You can have the order shipped to your address or you can pick the physical book at our store yourself.

Then, pick a payment method! We have 3 options for domestic orders: eSewa, Khalti, or cash on delivery (only for Kathmandu and Pokhara). For international purchases, we accept payment through Stripe.

After you’ve picked a payment method, login to complete the transaction. After your order has been successfully placed, you’ll see a confirmation notice!

Further details about shipping and tracking your order will be mailed to you on the email address you provided.

To make sure all the orders are placed successfully, we contact you for confirmation. The confirmation call will be made within a day. And then, your order is confirmed.
